Please help me to know if :   Crucial BX500 480GB 3D NAND SATA 2.5-inch SSD" is compatible with my Desktop " HP ENVEY 23-d065 TouchSmart All-in-One"

Yes, that model SSD should work but you will need a 3.5" to 2.5" drive adapter so you can mount the smaller 2.5" SSD where the 3.5" drive is installed now.
