I recently bought a HP elite desk 705 G3 sff from eBay. I'm having multiple issues at this point it looks like I have to buy a new Ram stick due to memory error beeps. Also this probably has to do with the ram it will not display on my monitor. Also what I'm trying to find out is if a 2.5 SATA hard drive not SSD would be compatible with this system. The 2.5 SATA hard drive is HGST SATA 6.0G/s 500 GB 7200Rpm 5v 800ma DC Type TT7SAE500.I just trying to figure out if it's a Ram Failure or is this drive Not going to Work on this Hp Computer.Because it workes in my Lenevo 2010 Model And My Dell Micro PC.

Chapter 4 pages 42 & 43 show where to install a 2.5" drive.
It shouldn't matter if it is a mechanical or solid state drive.
They both use the same SATA interface.
