Doubtful they are the same.

The designation for Touchscreen is sometimes added to the model name.

For example, 13T is perhaps a Touchscreen model while the "plain" 13 may not have the Touchscreen.

General Advice for those reading:

Always read the full Description / Specifications / Technical notes carefully before you purchase.

Do Not Assume.  If unsure, contact the merchant and ask before you place your order.

  • Like the "backlit" keyboard option (feature dependent on model), Touchscreen is an important feature.  In some cases, but certainly not in every case, the "name" of the model might hint at what that model provides.   In many cases, including the "Backlit Keyboard" and the "Touchscreen" options, you must read the specifics about that computer to find whether certain features are included.

  • The "360" models open all the way to create a "tablet" effect.  The computer also opens as a "normal" notebook for use on a desk / work surface.  Although somewhat more delicate than a model that does not "open all the way", the 360 series is vastly popular for those of us who like both options.

  • "CTO" designates a "built to order" machine, that is, a computer for which you get to specify the components.
