Yes, it is.

 

PC's haven't come with 32 bit operating systems in many years with very few exceptions.

 

32 bit OS' have gone the way of the dinosaur.

maybe you should specify your request
The computer is recent and it is originally equipped with 64 bit windows as can be seen here:

OMEN 25L GT12-0068na Desktop PC Product Specifications

Operating System
  • Microsoft Windows 10 Home (64-bit)


So why do you want to download windows 64 again?
