Recently, I've been trying to fix a problem my pc has. It isn't detecting one of my ram sticks and is making my pc REALLY slow. I have an omen 30L and I recently noticed that, towards the top, the ram slot I'm having issues with is slightly cracked. I've cleaned it with alcohol and did everything but it just gives me the 3 long beeps and 2 short ones with no display. The ram does light up in the slot, but that seems to be it. Is there anything I can do?

a repair of the bad ram socket by removal/replacement is most likely not cost effective, so that leaves you with a replacement motherboard or new system as options
you can ask the company at the below link for the repair cost on your board
board replacement ($150.00 USD)
