Welcome to our HP Community forum!
Physical Fit: The TP01-1114 uses a standard desktop motherboard with two 288-pin DDR4 UDIMM slots. This module is a 288-pin UDIMM, so it will fit perfectly into the second slot.
Dual-Channel Support: The system features a dual-channel memory architecture. Installing this second 8GB stick alongside your existing 8GB stick should enable dual-channel mode, which can significantly boost performance for tasks such as gaming or heavy multitasking.
Speed: Whilst this module is rated for 3200MHz, the TP01-1114 (which typically uses a stock 10th Gen Intel Core i3-10100) generally operates at 2666MHz. The Crucial module is designed to "downclock" (bridge) automatically to match the 2666MHz speed of your system without issues.
Note: To ensure the best stability in dual-channel mode, it would be ideal to match the new RAM's specs as closely as possible to the stick already in your PC. You can use the Crucial System Scanner to double-check your current hardware before buying.
