Hi @Kartik-_121,

Welcome to The HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I understand you are facing issues related to the RAM on your HP Laser MFP 136w printer, as well as arranging a service request and upgrading your RAM, I would suggest a few steps to address each concern:

1. Troubleshooting RAM-Related Issues:

If your printer is experiencing performance issues related to memory (e.g., errors, slow response), you can try the following steps:

  • Restart the printer: Unplug it from power for a minute and then plug it back in.
  • Check for firmware updates: HP often releases updates to address performance issues. Update the firmware on an HP printer
  • Reduce print job size: If you are printing complex documents, consider reducing the file size or simplifying the content.
  • Factory reset: Reset the printer to factory settings if issues persist (this will clear any custom configurations).

If these do not resolve the issue, there may be a hardware fault.

2. Service Request:

To arrange a service request for your HP Laser MFP 136w, you can:

  • Contact HP Support  I will send the private message

Please check your Private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Community profile Next, to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it or simply click on this link.

3. Upgrading RAM:

Unfortunately, the RAM on the HP Laser MFP 136w is not user-upgradable as it is integrated within the system. If you require more memory for larger print jobs, you might consider optimizing print settings or switching to a higher-spec model that supports larger or more complex tasks.

Would you like assistance in starting a service request, or need more help troubleshooting the RAM issues?

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
