Does anyone know how to remove the two Phillips screws on the bottom of the cover for the HP Pavillion All-in-One 27" #a250qd? I am following the hard drive replacement manual for this specific computer - http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c05158393
The screws don't come out like the manual indicates they should. They just turn half way flexing the case slightly in the process. Is there a trick I am missing here? This should be the easiest upgrade out there. Thank you!

Click on Rear Cover.
They do not come out all the way.
