My fan is working while I boot my laptop but then turning off when my laptop is booted !

Is your PC in warranty?

 

Your PC needs a functioning CPU fan to work correctly.

 

HP provides general troubleshooting tips for various startup errors at this HP Site.

 

Your PC seems to be shutting down to protect the CPU. Or the fan stops spinning.

 

So the troubleshooting steps at the above HP site may not help.

 

Your PC seems to have a hardware problem. It is sometimes possible to ID a hardware problem in a Forum. 

 

So it looks like you may have to replace the CPU fan.
