Recently, there have been a couple of problems with my laptop. I've been able to fix most of them, but I need help on some of them. Firstly, for no reason my bluetooth mouse just stopped working. I've tried all the steps - I've removed and reconnected it, I've uninstalled and then reinstalled drivers, but nothing seems to work. And now, I can't even reconnect the mouse to bluetooth. My second problem is the Windows key seems to be broken. When I press the key on my keyboard, nothing happens. When I use touchscreen to press the windows key, nothing happens. I'm not sure what to do about this.
