Recently, there have been a couple of problems with my laptop. I've been able to fix most of them, but I need help on some of them. Firstly, for no reason my bluetooth mouse just stopped working. I've tried all the steps - I've removed and reconnected it, I've uninstalled and then reinstalled drivers, but nothing seems to work. And now, I can't even reconnect the mouse to bluetooth. My second problem is the Windows key seems to be broken. When I press the key on my keyboard, nothing happens. When I use touchscreen to press the windows key, nothing happens. I'm not sure what to do about this.

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

Try These Steps:

Restart Bluetooth Service

Press Windows + R, type services.msc, press Enter.

Find Bluetooth Support Service → Right-click → Restart.

Make sure it's set to Automatic.

Uninstall & Reinstall Bluetooth Drivers

Right-click Start → Device Manager → Expand Bluetooth.

Right-click all Bluetooth devices → Uninstall.

Restart your laptop. It will reinstall the drivers.

Use HP Support Assistant

Open HP Support Assistant.

Run Bluetooth troubleshooter or install any updates.

Update BIOS

Go to support.hp.com → Enter your laptop model.

Download and install BIOS and Bluetooth driver updates.

Windows Key Not Working

Try These Steps:

Restart Windows Explorer

Press Ctrl + Shift + Esc to open Task Manager.

Find Windows Explorer → Right-click → Restart.

Run Keyboard Troubleshooter

Settings → Update & Security > Troubleshoot > Keyboard.

Check Keyboard Settings

Settings → Ease of Access > Keyboard.

Make sure Sticky Keys and Filter Keys are off.

Run a Repair Command

Right-click Start → Choose command prompt (Admin).

Type and press Enter: sfc /scannow

Wait for it to finish, then restart.

Create a New User Account

Settings → Accounts > Family & other users → Add new user.

Log in to that account and see if the Windows key works.

I hope this helps.
