I reviewed the video on how to remove the access panel
As others have noted I found the access panel incredibly difficult to slide.
I have 2 of these computers and they both have the same issue.
It appears the internal latches are bent during assembly ( Someone had a bad day / or just a bad process)
Solution: Move the black switch into open position and ensure it stays there, has a tendancy to slide back to close.
Use a flat blade 8-10 inch screw driver and insert it at either corner of the access panel a the same level of the release switch.
Twist gently alternating between the left side and right. The panel will slide reluctanly, but it will slide. When you reach bewteen a 1/4 and 1/2 inch it will release Note the latches you may wish to straighten them out prior to reassembly to avoid this needless problem. Poor Design !!
