Good afternoon . I have a computer P6-235er. Mainboard Joshua - H61 - uATX. Changed processor Intel Core i5 2500K. Throws an error while loading ' is not supported by the CPU . The closure for a few seconds . " And turns off after a few seconds . Prompt , the processor Intel Core i5 2500K is not supported by the motherboard ? Please answer whether there is an opportunity to correct program- not to issue more than a mistake . But it is not convenient to press consistently press F1.  Is it possible to disable the check in bios, the computer shuts down? Because, if you press F1, loading the operating system runs without problems . And the computer is functioning well .

The Core i3-7 processors with the K are not supported.

You will find the "Joshua" motherboard version 8 BIOS updates here.  It's a different model PC but it has the same motherboard.

Non of the BIOS updates add more supported CPUs to the BIOS ROM coding.

Negative. Its not true. I have Exact same issue. I bought i7 2600k sandy (95w) for this board and I get the mesage at start "unsupported cpu. shutting down in a few seconds." I've checked everywhere in the interweb universe and everything says its 100% compatible. The problem is HP as they REFUSE to add cpu support for you're little custom ami bios rom.....

Some older H61 revision motherboards used by OEMs do not support any parts with HD 3000 graphics.  Only parts supported are those with HD 2000 or HD 2500 graphics, or no graphics (e.g. "P" suffix).  The 2500K and 2600K use the HD 3000 graphics which make them something of an odd-ball part since almost all other Sandy Bridge parts use the HD 2000.  Similarly, most Ivy Bridge parts use the HD 2500 but a couple odd-ball ones use the HD 4000 graphics (which may not be supported on the older hardware revisions, either).  I have found this with a couple H61 mobos used by Dell and Lenovo as well.  It appears later hardware revisions solved this.
