And this is about the maximum of answer that one can give to a question like this. In order to give you a more helpful reply, your questions needs to contain more information. So let's start with spelling: Is the BIOS coming up? Or is a BSOD (blue screen of death) coming up? If BSOD, what message do you get, please make a photo of it and post it in this thread. 

Then, is there a pattern, meaning do you typically do something when the issue occurs, like start or operate a certain app, or max out your memory or run the computer at a high temperature, etc.?

Next, and last in my reply: What computer do you have, name, exact model and type,  year of build, precise hardware specs? Also, what software are you running, operating system, patches, etc.?
