I have been having an issue with my Omen 30L randomly losing power ever since I first purchased it. I have gone through every possible solution to the problem, except for replacing hardware, and that's where HP needs to come in. My product is unfortunately out of factory warrantee, but they never offered to try to hardware repair it when it was under warrantee only software solutions. What are my options? I paid more than 1500 for this machine, a mistake I will never make again. The machine is malfunctional straight from the factory. I am not the only customer to have experienced this, it is quite common. I cannot have a machine that randomly loses power as my work station. Thank you.

This issue needs to be addressed please. Despite completely wiping the drive and reinstalling windows, adding a UPS, running memory tests and driver updates, it is still happening. This is a hardware manufacturer's issue, one which is insidious and does not fully present itself until after any warrantee period. HP support should have caught this the three times I contacted them.
