Hello! This is an issue that just started about 20 minutes ago. I pressed FN+F1 on my keyboard, and suddenly the backlight on my keyboard went out. I attempted to press it again to turn the lights back on, and nothing happened. I then pressed every function key on the keyboard, and nothing turned it back on. So, I went into Omen light studio to see if I could turn it back on in the app, but now my keyboard is not even showing up in the app. When I unplug it and plug it back in, the lights come on as though the keyboard is turning on, but it then goes black again. I would just like some assistance in getting the backlight on my keyboard back on, thank you!
