Product: Hp Envy 36 Curve
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My keyboard that came with the Envy has a problem with its keys. Numbers do not  work even with the num lock on. Both the top row and right side number keyboard.

Also, the cap lock seems to have reversed function.

I have tried swapping out to another keyboard but same issue. Hours trying to get help from HP but they do not answer.

tried most suggestions from disabling the online muse function to update but no luck Would welcome suggestions.

Have you tried downloading the keyboard driver again? If it still doesn't work, you should consider whether there is a problem with the motherboard.
