Product: HP Pavilion AiO PC 27-ca2000i (6L7D8AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

How can I determine if my HP mouse and keyboard are compatible?  I purchased my HP AIO with the mouse and keyboard.  The mouse works with the USB adapter, but not the keyboard.  Can I determine by some serial numbers located on or in these accessories if they are the same?  I believe the store may have given me the wrong keyboard.

Are they (mouse and keyboard) on the SAME set (normally called combo) ?

Hi, BH!  I purchased it as an open-box special.  Hence, the wireless keyboard and mouse came together with the usb.  It's just that the mouse works and not the keyboard.  I was hoping that the numbers underneath or inside the two will indicate if they are compatible together with the usb.  If not, I wasn't sure if I needed to do something else.
