On My HP laptop keyboard, the control key, the Windows key, and the alt key are not working.
I then tried to add an external USB keyboard but even then on that keyboard, the keys are not working.
Please provide me with a solution.

i assume your laptop touch screen is working.
Log in and bring up the on screen keyboard (if needed) and try method 2 as described by this Micro$oft MVP'er
For method 1 to be tried we will need your model or product ID as I do not want to guess as to the correct keyboard driver.
[edit] I just noticed "method 5". I have had to do that myself a few times. Using the on screen keyboard (if necessary) create a new account, pick a name "Advalt" is OK, skip over any email and must make the account a local one. Be sure to make it "admin" and then log out and log into the new account. All of the methods can be tried in the order suggested by the MVP'er. The 5th method is useful when the registry is corrupted and cannot be replaired.

Yes, try method 5
You can always copy stuff over from the old account. Both accounts need to be admin. It will be easier to log into the old account and copy to a flash drive. Then log into the new account and copy back. The flash drive needs to be formatted NTFS.
if your old account used Microsoft's OneDrive then from your new account, use your Microsoft credentials to log into your Microsoft account and see if OneDrive restores your Document and other folders.

Reboot your system and press ESC to run diagnostics
Make sure you can pass the hard drive test as well as all others
You can try the Microsoft safety scanner
What is the model or product ID? The product ID has 3 letters after the # character. Those letters identify the country. I assume you have the correct USB keyboard that matches the country the laptop was designed for.
