Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

New machine. No error messages. I simply cannot figure out how to activate the keypad. None of those keys work.

Let me take a moment to thank you for posting on the HP Support Forums.

I understand that you have a new HP all-in-one PC and need help to activate the Keyboard SK2063. I'll surely help you with this.

To provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • The exact product model no. This link will help you to find the model no: http://hp.care/2bygf7l
  • Did you receive a wireless receiver with the keyboard?

Meanwhile, I recommend you to perform the steps as described in detail from this link to fix wireless keyboard issue.

I hope this information helps. Let me know. Cheers! 🙂

Come on people. Someone knows. This is a spanish keyboard. From what I can tell there is no numeric keypad on-off key.

Is it supposed to be always on, because if it is I have a bad KB...
