Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hi !
I have a problem with my keyboard that I bought a bit less than two years ago, and wanted to contact the technical support to check the warranty.

However, when I enter the serial number, it is described as unknown or invalid, even though I've checked multiple times that I made no mistake.

What can I do ?

After two years of ownership/use, the factory warranty would be expired and no longer valid.

 

Wired  and even some wireless keyboards have become pretty inexpensive unless you buy a fancy gaming keyboard type.
