I bought a keyboard and mouse combo named - HP KM180 Keyboard & Mouse Wired USB Desktop Keyboard.
Now I'm facing issues like keyboard's multiple keys are not working and mouse is also flickering even when It is placed still. And I want to clam I warranty as I bought it on 08,09,2024 and today is 24,05,2025 and it has a 1 year warranty.
But I tried on hp officially warranty site , I put serial no. It shows In valid serial no. And confirm that it is correct but it shows invalid I tried helpline no. Of HP but I can't get to talk to a live agent and I now I'm totally stuck with this.
Please help me and guide me how I can claim my warranty for my product.
