Hi @Novice37,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

Sorry for the inconvenience caused don’t worry let me help you.

To better understand the issue, could you please provide a few more details?

  • The exact HP All-in-One model .
  • Whether the keyboard and mouse are HP-branded and came with the system, or if they are third-party accessories.
  • How the devices connect (USB wireless dongle, Bluetooth, or proprietary HP receiver).
  • If you see any lights or indicators on the keyboard/mouse when you try to use them.

In the meantime, here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:

  1. Check the Wireless Receiver
    • If your keyboard and mouse use a USB dongle, make sure it is securely plugged into a USB port on the PC.
    • Try different USB ports to rule out a port issue.
  2. Power and Batteries
    • Confirm that the keyboard and mouse have fresh batteries installed and that the power switches (if present) are turned on.
  3. Bluetooth Devices
    • If they connect via Bluetooth, open Settings > Bluetooth & devices in Windows 11 and check if they appear in the list.
    • If not, try pairing them again by pressing the Bluetooth/connect button on the devices.
  4. Driver Updates
    • Run Windows Update and HP Support Assistant to ensure all drivers and firmware are up to date.
    • Sometimes missing drivers can prevent peripherals from working correctly.
  5. Test on Another Device
  • If possible, connect the keyboard and mouse to another computer to confirm they are functioning.
  • This helps determine if the issue is with the peripherals or the PC itself.

If the devices still do not respond after these steps, it may indicate a hardware issue.

I hope this helps.
