Hi all
Jut bought a HP All in One 27- r0xx.
I am having trouble because the key board and mouse do not sincronize and do not work.
I did not fine a reciver in the box to insert in a usb port, does it need one?
Is there any way I can make this work without a reciver,does this kind of Pc need one?
thanks a lot
Franco

Hello;
Allow me to welcome you to the HP forums!
Sorry to ask the obvious, but did you confirm that BOTH the mouse and keyboard have good batteries inserted and, they are both turned on (so some have an on/off switch on each).
Also, I can't find detailed specs to see if either of these is bluetooth, not wireless. If that is the case, you might have to use a wired mouse and keyboard to enable the initial setup.
I am a volunteer and I do not work for, nor represent, HP

On some HP All-in-One and desktop PC products, the USB wireless receiver comes preinstalled and is not included separately in the packaging. source document. This document has step-by-step on enabling youre keyboard/mouse.
