HP Pavilion Gaming Desktop PC TG01-2000a (2Z6E2AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

Connection to Keyboard is bouncing.  Keyboard is illuminated so seeing the drop is easier to see.  Keyboard will drop, then it will attempt to connect for a moment, drop again then reconnect.  This occurs about once a minute.

Device Manger list reloads along with the disconnections/reconnections but I am unable to tell what device is causing this.

In Settings/Devices I am seeing USB Composite Device, with a keyboard icon, dropping and reappearing.

Have tried different keyboards and USB ports to the same effect.

Isolated the issue to a BlueTooth USB Hub problem.  See that in Device Manager the BTHUB is showing "Device failed to start"

Disabled the Blue Tooth in the Device Manager and the problem cleared.

Upon reboot though the device re-enables and the issue comes back.

How do you get a tkt open for replacement of failed Hardware?
