Keyboard doesn't work

Hp wireless keyboard and mouse. ***
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have a brand new desktop computer running Windows 10. I have purchased a HP wireless keyboard and mouse however the keyboard doesn't always work . It won't type and if it decides to it is every now and again. It is very frustrating ,  . I have to use the keyboard on the monitor  Can anyone help with this ?

Hello
the best thing to do is to test the keyboard with another computer
if you still have the same problem, you need to contact the seller, or hp directly, it should be replaced
