2 or 3 days ago my keyboard suddenly stopped working. Coincided roughly with the Win 10 quality update on 8/13/2021. Looking at devices I'm getting a cryptic driver error message, Suu I reloaded drivers. No joy. Rebooted, unplugged the keyboard, rinse and repeat on all usb ports, no joy. Plugged in my Corsair gaming keyboard, again no joy.
When I removed and then plug in the HP keyboard I get the setup and ready to use messsge, sane fire the Corsair, so the system seems to see the keyboard(s) in all ports, but the driver is broken.
Renders the computer essentially useless as I use it for design and cad work. Any thoughts?
Some days I almost go the three Mac sude, and every day I wish my programs ran on Linux.
