Hi,

wireless Keyboard for Envy Curved All-in one31-B010Nl is damaged. I have new Keyboard, as the original, but I don' undestand How can I replacement it.

Is the keyboard exactly the same?
Where did you buy it?
There is no usb receiver, with?

Silverstone motherboard specifications.

If we look at the product page here, it would seem that the USB dongle, is directly inside on the motherboard:

So either you need a keyboard compatible with this dongle, it's rare, but there can be "universal" dongles / keyboard (no need to replace the two)
But sometimes there is no choice, you have to dongle with it!

Wireless Keyboard and Mouse Connection Issues

 


So, check the keyboard batteries, if there is an on / off button, and / or "connect / synchro" that everything is ok, the problem probably comes from the fact that it is not compatible!
