I have an Envy Phoenix and recently the up, side to side, and down arrows are producing characters (-) instead of moving the cursor.  How do I reset the keyboard?

Hi,

 

Unplug the keyboard and plug it in again. Restart the PC.

 

You may have to replace the keyboard.

 

Try a different keyboard.
