Can anyone confirm if L05757-800 power supply will fit in a Prodesk 400 G7 Microtower with i7 as I wish to upgrade my existing one which is the original L70042-002.  I am wanting to replace it in order to upgrade my GPU.  Also does anyone know the dimensions of the L05757-800 so I know it will fit my existing base unit.

Regards

Dave

@Steely_Resolve , welcome to the Community.

I can't answer your questions, but I know that the PSU's in question have 4-pin ATX power connectors.  They are sold by HP for their motherboards with proprietary 4-pin power connectors.  Here is a Chart that will show you where I got the information.

I know / knew that HP power supplies aren't to the ATX standard. I am fairly sure that the L05757-800 meets the criteria I seek from a replacement PSU in terms of power output and connectors. What remains unresolved are the dimensions and whether this will fit in my base unit.

@Steely_Resolve, I suggest contacting HP Customer Support to see if they can give you the measurements of their PSU.
