Hi, can someone recommend a computer case that will allow the placement of the Lubin 82F2 Motherboard. The spec sheet says that the motherboard is a custom form factor with Dimensions: 20.5x22.0 cm (8.1x8.7 in).

It would be not be advisable. It is an never ending crisis with these units.

1) The form factor is not a standard.

2) There is no pop-out rear I/O plate. Re-wiring the front power switch of any foreign case is difficult. 

3) The actual problem of a GPU card fitting is not resolved, as the 24 pin main ATX plug will still interfere with dual slot cards. I think the max length allowed was 5.7" for a dual width card.
