Yesterday I read a notice my windows 10 was expiring. Later in the evening my HP Pavilion x360 laptop displayed an error message

I went to google on my mobile phone and enetered the webpage. Located a notebook NOT Laptop and followed the directions.
to go to the HPtech HP PC Diagnostic UEFI version 1.17.0.0 - BIOS
I ran a hard Drive Check
No Harddrive installed. Please check that the power and data cables are connected properly.
