Hi @OmShukla24,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

If your HP laptop cooling fan is not working, there are several things you can try to troubleshoot the problem.

  • Check for any obstructions: Make sure that there is no dust, dirt, or other debris blocking the fan. If there is, clean it out carefully.

  • Check the power source: If your laptop is not getting enough power, the fan may not work properly. Check to make sure that the laptop is plugged in and charging.

  • Check the fan settings: Some laptops have the fan control software that allows you to adjust the fan speed. Make sure that the settings are not preventing the fan from running.

  • Check for software issues: Sometimes, software can interfere with the fan's operation. Update your laptop's BIOS and any drivers that may be causing issues.

  • Use a cooling pad: A cooling pad can help keep your laptop cool and prevent the fan from overworking.

  • Replace the fan: If none of these solutions work, you may need to replace the fan.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
