Product: HP Pavilion Laptop PC 15-eg3000 (78G45AV)

I bought our HP Pavilion computer a month and now laptop are having the problem. The laptop screen is coming off of the frame on the bottom left side (bottom right side when facing the laptop). Our computers have been handled with care. Because of this issue, we cannot fold either laptop.

I just sent it message to you please acknowledge me about further process

It being now 4 days not getting any response from service head

I am stuck for this issue I can't fold my laptop it will get damage if not getting solve this problem as soon as possible
