HP SSD EX950 M.2
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought a 2 TB HP SSD EX950 M.2 last September, and installed it in my desktop system. It was running fine until yesterday, when a failed logitech mouse update hung the system. When it came back, I had the error "HDD Locked" on my new HP SSD! It appears to be a bios-level lock? Either way, I can't unlock it.

I went to the HP website to send in a support tag, but it's not recognizing my valid serial number. Could someone please give some assistance here? Thanks!

"SETTING THE UEFI ENABLED IT DID BROUGHT BACK EVERYTHING AND A NORMAL START AND OPERATION".

This is poor English, but I think you get the point.

This system is feedback driven thru Solution and Kudo flags. It's the only means of knowing if you have been served. Please click Accept as Solution, if your problem is solved. To say THANK YOU, press the "thumbs up symbol" to render a KUDO. You can render both Solution and KUDO..

Thanks, I read over it and it does not seem applicable. UEFI is already enabled, did not change.

What I was hoping for was someone from HP to get in touch so I can get an RMA going? I think this is now a failed drive that's still under warranty. I'd like to be able to use my warranty, but HP's system won't register it.
