Hi @ollykins,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If your wireless keyboard isn't working on your HP Pavilion All-in-One 24, it could be locked or experiencing other issues. Here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot.

Check the Lock Status: Some wireless keyboards have a "Lock" function (e.g., Num Lock, Caps Lock, or even a dedicated lock key). If there's a lock symbol, press the appropriate key to see if it unlocks.

Power Cycle:

  • Turn off your keyboard, wait a few seconds, and turn it back on.
  • Restart your HP Pavilion All-in-One. This can sometimes resolve connection issues.

Check the Batteries: Ensure that the keyboard's batteries are not depleted. If necessary, replace the batteries and try again.

Reconnect the Keyboard:

  • Unplug the USB receiver from your computer and plug it back in.
  • You may also try plugging it into a different USB port if the current one isn't working.

Re-pair the Keyboard: If the keyboard is Bluetooth, you might need to re-pair it:

  • Go to Settings > Devices > Bluetooth & other devices and remove the keyboard.
  • Then, put the keyboard into pairing mode and add it again.

Driver Update: Ensure that your keyboard drivers are up-to-date:

  • Open Device Manager and check under "Keyboards" to see if there are any issues with the driver. Right-click and choose Update Driver if needed.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
