Hi:

 

Looking at your screenshot, the P/S is 320W as is indicated on the label.

 

The 100-240V you see is volts.

 

You can see the 320W MAX info next to the two lines with the + signs, which are right underneath the line that indicates DC output with the Chinese writing after that.

 

The video card goes in the black PCIe x 16 slot, not the white PCie x 4 slot.

 

So, if you are interested the cards I posted would fit and work in your PC just fine.

 

I took the AMD Radeon R7 450 out of my Dell PC which it came with from the factory and the P/S in that PC is 250W, so either card would work with the 320W power supply your PC definitely has.

Given the choice between an AMD Radeon R7 430 GDDR 2GB and the MSI GeForce GTX 1050, I would choose the latter any day of the week and twice on Saturday: UserBenchmark: AMD Radeon R7 430 vs Nvidia GTX 1050.
