The dongle I think (please verify) you are looking for, is part of this keyboard/mouse combo with HP p/n: 928512-001 "Keyboard/Mouse Kit - WHT HP WRLS Swi+Bri KB MUS US" according to: https://partsurfer.hp.com/partsurfer?searchtext=2HJ22AA&searchby=product.  I don't think HP sells the dongle separately, and I couldn't see this dongle for sale anywhere else.

You could buy the original keyboard/mouse combo from here: https://www.impactcomputers.com/928512-001.html or replace your keyboard/mouse combo with a much less expensive and similarly looking combo set such as this purchase example: Wireless Keyboard and Mouse Combo - Full Size Slim Thin Wireless Keyboard Mouse with Numeric Keypad ....
