Hi, I'm having trouble finding info on compatible GPUs for the MS-7826 Version 1.0 motherboard. Or will all GPUs work on this motherboard? The highest tier GPU I would ever consider for this computer would be the GTX 1660. The existing GPU in the computer is the Radeon R7 200 series that uses the PCIe x16 slot for power. The PSU I have is 460 watts. It is the original PSU that came with the computer. Everything in the computer is original except for a 1 TB SSD I added for boot and using the original HDD for storage. Is there a GPU I could use that wouldn't need a PSU upgrade?

It is senseless trying to work backwards. Being too vague with parts? What is the exact HP model number ?
Did you ever resolve your issue with the Ebay unit?

My apologies about being vague. The exact model 700-230qe. CPU: i7 4770, RAM: 12 GB DDR3, GPU: AMD Radeon R7 200 series, 2TB HDD, 1TB SSD, Motherboard: MS-7826 Version 1.0, 460watt power supply, and has an optical drive as well (not sure of the brand). I am looking to upgrade the GPU and was not sure if motherboards can have compatibility issues due to age or bios.
As for the AMD RX 570 GPU, I returned the GPU back to the seller. That’s what brought up this question. I didn’t know if the GPU was bad or my motherboard was too old to for the card to work. Thank you.
