HP Pavilion Slimline s5704y Desktop PC

I have a s5704y that I took apart and have now put back together.  When I hit the power switch, the fans turn on, but nothing shows on my display. I am wondering if I am missing something or if I have plugged something in at the wrong location. The display has power and the VGA cable is plugged in at both ends. The psu is plugged into the motherboard and to the sata ssd. I have tried the sata data cable from the ssd to the motherboard in various locations, but I am not sure if there is a specific sata port that it boots off of. I also have two fans (cpu cooler along with another) and the power switch plugged into the motherboard. Am I missing anything?

Ultimately, I am looking for a copy of the manual for the motherboard. Google searching product numbers found on the motherboard (such as 624832-001 and H-APRICOT-RS780L-uATX) bring up many product listings, but I have not been able to find the manual. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I figured out that I had forgotten to plug in the 4 pin connector from the psu. Now it appears to be working.

But I am still searching for the manual for the motherboard. If anyone has any suggestions on how to find it, I am all ears (or in this case, all eyes).
