Your HP 32 Display (2FW77AA), according to: http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c05819690.pdf, can, and I quote: "This monitor supports the VESA industry standard 100 mm mounting holes. To attach a third-party mounting solution to the monitor, four 4 mm, 0.7 pitch, and 10 mm long screws are required." (emphasis added.)
