I have an Envy Recline 27-k350, yes I know its old. I am trying to see if I have the last bios or if there is an update. I can not find what the final version is for my PC. My current version is AMI v80.02. Thanks

80.10 dated July 20, 2018
please verify that your ROM SSID is 2B2B. There is a bios hhistory at that above link where you can read the improvements
On some systems, you may not be able to jump to the latest bios For example, you may have to put in 80.03 first
Updating BIOS is always dangerous. I would not update unless the revision history list important fixes that allow your system to be more stable or be able to upgrade to better processors, etc. If it ain't broke then dont fix it.

You only need to do that if the install gives a warning about it

Check it carefuly, confirm thats your motherboard if it is,
If it is then down load inel support assistant from
Intel® Driver & Support Assistant version: 22.5.34.2 (read the page completely) and then run the download
you dont need to download all the bios updates in order once you have the latest one it includes all
