I'm looking to install a graphics card into my HP M01-F3019 computer. I have the Ryzen 7 5700G CPU, 32 GB of Ram. What would be the best mid-level graphics card to use considering the size of the case, the power supply, and the PCI slots. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

Welcome to our HP community forum!
Your HP Desktop M01-F3019 (1J9A7AA) as fitted with the Erica9 motherboard (SSID: 8AB6), likely has a 180-watt power supply with p/n: L89235-002 / L81008-800 -please verify and report back.
There is really not much you can do with a 180-watt power supply in terms of powering any meaningful graphics card.
There are three power supply upgrades available for your desktop:
310-watt power supply with p/n: L10875-800
400-watt power supply with p/n: L04618-800 (942332-001)
500-watt power supply with p/n: L05757-800
Each of these power supplies are available online, such as via eBay.
Based on your post, I would recommend the 400-watt PSU upgrade, which you can purchase, for example, via this trusted eBay Seller: New 400W Power Supply 942332-001 PSU For HP 280 288 285 480 600 680 800 G3 G4 US | eBay (only one unit left: if this one is sold out, here is an alternative trusted Seller: 400W L04618-800 Power Supply For HP 280 288 285 480 600 680 800 G3 G4 L76557-001 | eBay, also in short supply!), and pair this with a smaller-sized (two fan) RTX 4060 model powered by a single 8-pin PCIe power cable (which the 400-watt PSU is equipped with), such as this well-priced ($280) purchase example via Amazon: Amazon.com: ZOTAC Gaming GeForce RTX 4060 8GB Twin Edge OC DLSS 3 8GB GDDR6 128-bit 17 Gbps PCIE 4.0....

It is the Erica motherboard. I'm not sure of the power supply. I'm going to be opening the case and checking out the power supply on Friday. I'll let you know what I find. The more I look into it the more it seems an almost imposable task. I've even gone as far as looking at a new case, motherboard and power supply. Not sure what route I'll be taking at this point. Thanks for your reply and help.

You are welcome!
Replacing the power supply is quite simple: removing four screws and disconnecting a couple of power cables. Reverse with new PSU. The graphics card snaps in place on your PCIe x16 motherboard slot and then connect the power supply's 8-pin PCIe power cable to your GPU. Done.

Sorry it took so long to get back to you. I got distracted by life and took some time to complete your suggestions. Just wanted to let you know that I replaced the power supply and installed the graphics card you suggested with no issues. Everything works great! Thanks again for you help.

That is wonderful news!
I am very glad that your upgrades are meeting your expectations!
