@Prométhée,

  This is going to be a long drawn out affair !   HP 590-p0066 is circa April 2018, and  only has an I5-8400.

Here is COD Modern Warfare requirements

His CPU can not stand the requirements for Competitive or Ultra RTX.

A CPU chip upgrade for either the I7-8700 or I7-9700 is $320-330.   Strange both are the same price range.

Without even picking a GPU card "length" it's about $400-$900 per level of card.

Then you have the 500W HP proprietary PSU at about $110-140 (different vendor).

@AUtigers37

It would be nice to know a sample game title.   Gaming is a combination of CPU, RAM, GPU and PSU.  Any of the 1st three can be a bottleneck. The last, the PSU, is needed to fulfill the component operations.  Your computer utilizes a proprietary HP designed power (PSU) supply.  Here is a spreadsheet.  All of these models use the same PSU design.  Your model is within the 590 series.
