Wireless keyboard/mouse combos are delivered wit a USB dongle that has a matching frequency that was set at the factory.
Unfortunately, when you lost the dongle you might as well have lost the keyboard and mouse.
You can't acquire a replacement dongle.
You will need to replace the wireless keyboard/mouse combo.
If your wireless keyboard/mouse combo had been a bluetooth type, acquiring a replacement would have been simple.

No. It isn't.
It is a different model.
The Link-5 keyboards advertised on eBay are delivered with their own dongles.
