I have lost dongle of HP CS10 wireless keyboard mouse is there any way to get universal dongle for using mouse and keyboard.

The dongle that you lost was unique and keyed to the mouse and keyboard combo.

 

A universal dongle will not work with the HP CS10 wireless keyboard mouse.

 

You will need to replace the keyboard/mouse combo with either another wireless/bluetooth combo or wired mouse and keyboard.
