I lost my dongle usb for the keyboard and mouse please help me out

If your dongle is generic Wi-Fi, and I am 99.999 % sure of it, then the dongle is uniquely linked to the keyboard and mouse and you need to replace all of them. I recommend bluetooth. There are some "bluetooth anywhere" mice that can work on glass or on a white bedsheet perfectly.

If you have "link 5"

The HP Link-5 USB dongle allows you to connect up to five compatible HP wireless mice or keyboards to a single receiver. To work, both your mouse and keyboard must feature the official HP Link-5 logo. You can typically find replacements for lost dongles on marketplaces like eBay.

If your dongle looks looks like this OR if the mouse and keyboard show the same symbols then you can (possibly) connect a new link 5 dongle to your link 5 keyboard and mouse

The following Driver has no install and is not a program. I do not know how to use it and I suspect HP has discontinued the link 5 support.
