I am looking for a Low power- Low-Profile Workstation Professional Graphics Card not for Gaming but Creatives 4-8GB that can fit in the HP ENVY Desktop PC TPE01-3000i (4M0M1AV). Would this NVIDIA T1000 fit below since it supports PCI Express Gen 3.0 x16. If you have any other Recommended Graphic Cards from other TOP Brands that sell Budget NVIDIA Graphic Cards please list them.
This is what I am thinking about getting.
- NVIDIA T1000
- 8GB GDDR6
PCI Express 3.0 x16
- Max Power Consumption: 50 W
- Form Factor: 2.713" (H) x 6.137" (L) single slot
My PSU is 80 Plus Gold for Power Supply with 310W,SSD 512GB,1TB Hard Drive for storage. The Reno Motherboard with PCI Express Gen 3.0 x16 (single slot) and One PCI Express Gen 3.0 x1 (single slot).

Welcome to our HP User Forum!
Be advised: you get what you pay for. Personally, I would spend a little more on a graphics card -since they are transferable for future desktop purchases, for (much) better performance. See it as an investment that most likely will hold its value and application.
Make a long story short, I would recommend an RTX A2000 6GB GDDR6, such as this purchase option: Amazon.com: Computer Upgrade King NVIDIA RTX A2000 6GB GDDR6 (~3050) Low Profile LP PCIe Professiona....
Looking at various performance results online, a T1000 underwhelms.

Will the RTX A2000 6GB GDDR6 that you recommended below work in the HP ENVY Desktop PC TPE01-3000i with The Reno Motherboard, PCI Express Gen 3.0 x16 (single slot) and One PCI Express Gen 3.0 x1 (single slot). This doesn't say the PCI Express Gen 4 x 16 is 3.0 Backward Compatible.
RTX A2000 6GB GDDR6
Max Power Consumption:70 W
Graphics Bus: PCI Express Gen 4 x 16
Form Factor: 2.7” (H) x 6.6” (L) Dual Slot
I found the PNY Quadro NVIDIA RTX A2000 6 GB GDDR6 on ebay Brand New for $293.99. Would I need to upgrade my PSU Power Supply Unit from 310W that came with this HP ENVY Desktop PC TPE01-3000i for this PNY Quadro NVIDIA RTX A2000 6 GB GDDR6 if this can be put into my machine.

Yes. The aforementioned recommended RTX A2000 6GB will work aka is compatible (backwards or not) with your HP ENVY Desktop PC TE01-3000i (4M0M1AV) as fitted with a Reno motherboard (with SSID: 89B5) and your 310-watt power supply (p/n: L10875-800).
I guess you don't necessarily need to take my word for it, but here is a real-life show-and-tell HP ENVY TE01-3xxx User showing yes, you can: https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/58463155.
Hope this was helpful.

Thanks, this is really helpful. I found one that's NVIDIA RTX A2000 - Graphics Card - RTX A2000 - 6 GB GDDR6 at $299.99 with Free 2-4 day shipping. I will buy it now before it's Out of Stock as well at the price point I mention. The PNY Quadro NVIDIA RTX A2000 6 GB GDDR6 on ebay Brand New for $293.99 was out of stock. . Thanks again, the user bench mark was really helpful.

Edit: for anyone who have to take off the bracket you will need a toolkit to remove the Torx screws.
. On Amazon, I got the KIROGILY 135 in 1 Precision Screwdriver Set, Computer Screwdriver Kit, Laptop Repair Tool Kit, Electronics Repair Tool Kit for PC MacBook Cell Phone iPhone Nintendo Switch PS4 Xbox Controller(Red), Use the Torx one's highlighted. I was looking through all of them but found the one's I needed outside of all other ones.
I successfully installed the a2000 Graphics Card. So far it's working with my PSU Power Supply Unit 310W. At first bought it at Ebay but sent it back then I decided to buy it one on NewEgg which I also sent back because the yellow seal was broken on the bag that the Graphics Card was in. I got a replacement. The Ebay one I sent back was RTX A2000 6GB GDDR6,I decided to get the RTX A2000 12GB GDDR6 which is now installed.
Heads up for anyone buying from Nvidia partner PNY they don't have QuickStart/support guides in the box although they claim to have it. Search for your QuickStart guide on google or another search engine. Sidenote PNY customer service agents are rude and nasty. This is from my own experiences for asking questions. I don't know if their chat is better then emailing them but they are rude. I already read terrible stories about them not honoring warranties. I just hope my graphics card doesn't fail and need repair. Thanks for your help.

Outstanding news! -Thank you for the follow-up!
An RTX A 2000 12GB GDDR6 should be a 'game changer' -pun intended.
