M.2 Nvme or SATA SSD

I have HP Pavilion 690-0013w with SunFlower motherboard. I checked all the manuals and it only say it has a M.2 SSD slot but i cant determine if it supports Nvme or SATA for the M.2 slot. Hopefully someone could tell which type it supports or at least how to look it up myself.
