Hi to all !
I have now only one Hard Disk. This is Samsung M.2 NVMe PCIe 256GB in slot 1 - Partition C:
Everything was working normally until now. Today I bought another SSD M.2 pcie 1 TB Crucial P3 2280 and I put it in slot 2 for another M.2 modul. I carefully installed and connected everything.
After starting the system, I have no indication anywhere that there is present a new SSD ? First I looked in the BIOS, there is no new SSD, and then in the DISK Management there is also nothing, which is logical. Obviously the problem here is with the hardware and its software and not with the physical installation of new hardware.
I note that the system is updated and I have the latest version of BIOS R26 Ver. 02.19.00
I am asking for your help, what should I do?
Many thanks !

There are indeed two M.2 SSD slots and they are both PCIe NVMe M.2 compatible.

Use the Windows DiskPart utility to see if it recognizes the SSD as being present.
Open a command prompt dialogue window as admin. Type diskpart in the search box of the taskbar and right click it when it appears and click on runas admin.

My main 2 thoughts with this is that the power supply is not good enough or the 2nd M.2 slot was only rigged for SATA SSD's and not NVMe.
Maybe your new SSD is DOA?
Try it in another computer or maybe even get a USB drive enclosure that accepts M.2 SSD's.

Thank you very much. Im solved problem, but in other way, not with Diskpart.
I took out the old m.2 from slot 1 and put a new one in same slot. then I started the installation of the new windows from the extermal usb stick and the system recognized the new m.2 hdd and install normaly new win10. I put the old m.2 hdd in slot 2, which was immediately recognized and now everything works as it should. I don't know why the system didn't recognize the new empty hdd the first time in slot 2??? Thank you and happy New year !
