I have been able to data recover from a previous SSD mounted on this PCIe card but am unable to get the system to recognize the new OS that I want to switch over to which is a clone of the factory 2.5" SSD.
Anyone have a suggestion on how to get the BIOS to recognize this card and associated M.2 SSD? Possibly the adapter itself does not see the mounted SSD?
Anyone have some suggestions on this?

--Update--

The WD Blue SSD worked as expected. IT had been properly cloned.
Believe issue related to a couple of factors:

Swtiching to a QNINE Dual M.2 PCIe Adapter, M.2 NVME SSD (M Key) or M.2 SATA SSD (B Key) was a key factor, the other is that the card also needed a SATA cable connection to the MB. Downside to this is that a  point of the excerise was to free up  needed MB SATA connections.
The advantage to the dual M.2 card is that it offered multi-format options:  M key: Sata SSD, M key PCIe NVME SSD, and M key PCIe AHCI SSD.

One of the tasks was to free up a drive bay. This accomplished this task. Now have a nice little solid state test pc.

@BrightonCommutr ,

You mention various aspects but do not give any substance that would assist.

Please specify the manufacturer and model of 1) previous SSD , 2) PCIE adapter card and 3) new M.2 SSD.  Are you sure the orifginal SSD was actually cloned to the new M.2 SSD ?
